In case of difficulties, check with your Authorised Giant Dealer to determine the location of the serial number on your bicycle. You will find the frame number of your Giant bicycle on the seat tube, under the top tube, near the bottom bracket shell (crankset housing), on the underside of the bottom bracket shell or on the left rear dropout (rear hub). Important: Please make note of the model name and serial number of your Giant bicycle. Please make sure to keep your proof of purchase in case a warranty case needs to be registered. If there is a loss or theft, your personal records will be needed. Giant Bicycle, Inc., does not guarantee individual records of serial numbers. For 2011 and older model bicycles, please consult your owner's manual or contact Giant or your Authorised Giant Retailer for the applicable warranty information.
